I had a very positive experience at this dental office. The staff provided great customer service from the moment I walked in making me feel welcomed and comfortable. Their clear and prompt communication made scheduling and understanding my treatment plan simple and stress-free. The office itself is an immaculate facility. It is modern, clean and well organize which added to my confidence in the care I was receiving. With that being said, the quality of care and professionalism here definitely makes it worth recommending to others.

Smile Center is a great place. They are so kind and friendly! I can truly see why it's called the Smile Center...I was greeted with a smile upon walking through the door. The day of my procedure, they told me everything they were about to do and made sure I was comfortable. I recommend this place for all your dental needs.

They are very kind and professional. They gave me a plan on dental work prior to doing work which is a bonus instead of being surprised at the last moment. They work with your schedule as well. I highly appreciate them and would recommend them to any new patient who is Leary of trying a new dentist. Office staff is great too.

DO NOT GO HERE!!! My husband and I went here and we will never go back. This is a long story so buckle in. The only dentist in town who takes our insurance is Smile Center of Huntsville. So I called and made appointments for both my husband and I to have our teeth cleaned. We go to our first appointment. They refuse to clean our teeth. First they make us get the X-rays and do an exam. They say they will have to contact our insurance company to verify all procedures in advance. They make us schedule another appointment for our actual teeth cleaning and they said my husband needed crowns on two teeth. At this initial appointment they said my teeth were great. We come back for appointment two. They basically spritzed my teeth water and said they were done. My teeth felt cleaner before I got there. It literally took her three minutes to clean my teeth. Then magically the dentist who said my teeth were great a week prior has decided I need work done on my front teeth, suspicious. Then they take molds for my husbands crowns. He makes a new appointment a few weeks later to put the crowns on. At this point I knew something was shady about this place. We already had paid for the crowns and decided we would just get his crowns done and never go back. Three weeks go by and on the day of the appointment they call my husband to reschedule, saying they don't have the crowns yet. Two more weeks go by. They call and cancel that appointment too. Three more weeks go by and finally they manage to keep an appointment. Meanwhile my husband had temporary crowns for over two months. Now I thought at least this dental nightmare is over. We will just have to pay out of pocket somewhere else. Then today only three months later the crown fell off while my husband was eating a steak. That was when I decided I absolutely must write this review. Oh and as a bonus cherry on top to this story. Somehow they put my phone number under some other patient named Rosalia. So whoever she is, I kept getting her appointment reminders and calls. I had to call several times before they ever fixed that issue. Do not go here. I'm pretty sure they are committing insurance fraud. This place is a joke.
