Very good facilities, the hyperbaric oxygen chambers available are very comfortable. You get blankets of you want to be extra warm, or you can ask for air-conditioning. You are explained the procedure, the way the machine operates, and the ways in which the particular procedure chosen for you should help you. Constant communication, very good people, as people, but also as professionals. I felt safe, understood, and cared for. I believe my condition has improved, due to the sessions, anything from 30 to 50%> but I'll know more once I do more testing. Highly highly recommend. Edit: I have gone to have my hearing retested(it's been 15-16 days from first testing, and the subsequent HBOCT sessions). Results: my left ear has REGAINED the 15db on lower frequencies that it had lost, AND the right ear has gained also DB that wasn't even lost during the audio-event(party)
Ik ging langs bij Hans voor een sportmassage. Recent ben ik vaker krachttraining gaan doen en mijn schouders en nek zaten vooral vast.. Na 1 behandeling is mijn nek weer helemaal soepel! Ik kom zeker vaker langs, aanrader!
Gedegen en kundige dieptemassage - waar voor je geld Deze beoordeling volgt 4 dagen na behandeling: Gelet, jarenlang al, algemene verminderde mobiliteit in bovenste ledematen door stramheid en bijgaande pijnklachten,... een dieptemassage geboekt bij Hans te Shendu en had hiervoor 90 min gerekend. (website vermeldt 1ste maal 30 min. intakegesprek te voorzien) Doch, na een korte maar doelgerichte intake toch vrij snel op de behandeltafel belandt. Gelijk viel de stevige greep en de gerichte en efficiënte palpatie me op. Eindelijk eens geen flauw oppervlakkig gewrijf maar stevige en kundige handen die elke spier treffend wisten te vinden en ontlasten. Dit werd onvermoeibaar volgehouden tot het einde! Hierbij werd regelmatig en voldoende gepeild naar wat ik aankon. De massage behelste ook een gedeelte met cupping. Ik voelde de spanning gaandeweg afnemen. Een weldadige massage van toch wel 80 min waarvan de aftermath enkel een algemeen mild stijf gevoel gaf. De stramheid in de gewrichten is er nog (maar was ook niet het opzet om te werken op uitrekking of verbetering mobiliteit) maar heb alleszins het gevoel dat mijn spieren meer ontspannen zijn en ik daarin verlicht ben. Er komt dus zeker nog een vervolg.
