Both my children and I have switched to Dr Patel about a year ago and we could not be more happy with her and all of the staff at Sherwood Dental. Every procedure (and there have been a few between the three of us) has been quick, painless and professional. An added bonus is that both my kids actually like going to see her, even if it's to fill a cavity. Thank you Dr Patel and team!

I can’t recommend Dr.Patel at Sherwood Dental enough! She looked after me with the utmost care and attention when I was having my veneers replaced. She went absolutely above and beyond for me as I was visiting from out of town specifically for the procedure, accommodating my limited timeline for the multiple appointments. Not only is she an exceptional dentist, she sincerely cares and listens to your needs - which I believe makes a world of difference, especially when it comes to cosmetic procedures. I have lived abroad for 10 years and still have all of my dental work done at Sherwood Dental because of how caring and reliable they are. I never thought i’d be one to say “I love going to the dentist”, but alas, Sherwood Dental has become like family. I’ve been a patient for almost two decades, and their service is impeccable; but beyond that, everyone in the staff is so kind, welcoming, knowledgeable and helpful. I’ve called many a time for time sensitive care needed (beyond my usual cleanings; such as a broken wire retainer, chipped tooth etc) and they are so accommodating and understanding to do their best to fit me in; and offer compassion and care. Natalie and Harriet who work in reception are true angels, and Dr.Gaines is so personable and makes my appointments genuinely fun and enjoyable. even though I moved away from the Oakville area years ago, i still make the drive to see them for all my dental needs as there’s truly no other dentist I’d rather go to!!! Can’t recommend them enough!!!!

Dr Gaines is a terrific dentist. His humour and music selection always puts me at ease. The staff is polite, cheerful and helpful, whether you are having your teeth cleaned or settling the bill with Natalie and it all starts with Harriets smile as you enter the office.
