Despite being very busy, Daryl fitted in my boiler service and fixed a long standing problem with a tap. On the appointment day, I was impressed to receive an email from his Reception to explain that he was running a bit late and to give me a new time of arrival. It's great to be able to request an appointment by email rather than trying to phone people when they are working. I highly recommend this first class and friendly service.

Daryl, from Balford Plumbing, was excellent. Which is hard and rare to say these days with getting help doing anything. Very knowledgeable,, high quality, work, sincere, very polite, respectful and clean. He’s taking care of our boiler and cylinder, as well as other smaller plumbing work. There was a small leak that was very difficult to reach which kept happening, and he returned until the job was completed. You’re getting high-quality, honest work, at a very reasonable price. Which is priceless. We have recommended him to everyone in our community.

Daryl has provided excellent service at my place, installing a new shower, a gas range oven and doing gas safety certification. He is always friendly, reliable, quick and flexible with his availability. I highly recommend him
