Despite being very busy, Daryl fitted in my boiler service and fixed a long standing problem with a tap. On the appointment day, I was impressed to receive an email from his Reception to explain that he was running a bit late and to give me a new time of arrival. It's great to be able to request an appointment by email rather than trying to phone people when they are working. I highly recommend this first class and friendly service.

Daryl, from Balford Plumbing, was excellent. Which is hard and rare to say these days with getting help doing anything. Very knowledgeable,, high quality, work, sincere, very polite, respectful and clean. He’s taking care of our boiler and cylinder, as well as other smaller plumbing work. There was a small leak that was very difficult to reach which kept happening, and he returned until the job was completed. You’re getting high-quality, honest work, at a very reasonable price. Which is priceless. We have recommended him to everyone in our community.

Called them to fix my central heating and came out the next day and resolved it very quickly. Was charged a fair price and the service was brilliant. Dan was very friendly and efficient. I also asked for some advice about adding a shower into the bathroom and was given really comprehensive advice and informed of better ways than our ideas that would look better and cost less which was really appreciated.
