One of the few shops that actually deliver on the feeling that you are dealing with a luxury brand. These small things like sitting client down, offering water or making a remarkt that I should next time come and just have a coffee and explore new products without feeling pressure to buy make sales executives like Hassan in Berluti extraordinary. Thanks for 5 star treatment and of course for great shoes.

Terrible service. Ordered a bag as a gift, paid 6 months in advance. The bag was the wrong color and did not match the rest of the set. Manager is never in the shop despite going in twice to look for him they always say he will call you later. They wrote me an email and signed it off as "Berluti Team" so you have no one to call since there is no name.
