We just hired Foster Plumbing and Heating for an array of work on our home. Their plumber mixed glue without any floor protection and scattered it over my brand new carpet. I have sent a couple emails with the attached pictures to Foster and they have decided to ignore us and the issue. We are brand new to the area and was hopeful this company would be honest and respectful with us. But instead our concerns completely ignored.

I was scheduled for service the next day when I called. The receptionist was great. They sent Brandon, and he is amazing. He found the issue quickly. He returned quickly with help to fix the problem. Who knew frogs could get in plumbing vents?! Brandon and the second plumber were extremely professional, courteous and finished the job quickly. If and when I have to call Foster again, I will be requesting Brandon. Thank you!

Had Foster Plumbing come out because we had water leaking into the basement. Their diagnosis process? Cut a bunch of holes in the walls, poke around for a while, and then tell me “yeah, it’s probably the foundation.” And they charged me for cutting those holes. Called a foundation guy next — he takes one look, asks if there’s a bathroom directly above (there is), and says it’s plumbing issue, and more than likely the shower trim. It’s an unfinished basement, so the pipes are easy to see. Didn’t charge me for the diagnosis. Got a real plumber to come over — within 30 minutes he finds a bad ball valve, behind the access panel, replaces it, and charges me $150. He also snaked a clogged shower drain. Problem solved, no guessing, no extra damage. TAT plumbing by the way, highly recommend. The Foster tech was polite, but nice doesn’t fix bad work. Between the wrong diagnosis, unnecessary wall damage, and getting billed for it, I won’t be using them again. Wouldn’t recommend them if you actually want your problem fixed.

Ryan D. from Foster came to replace our original 1950s hose bibs and check on a leaky kitchen faucet. He was personable, had a great attitude despite the unbearable heat when working on the hose bibs, and had the job finished in a couple of hours. He gave us the recommendation to replace the kitchen faucet instead of repair it because the replacement would be just as expensive as a new faucet; that quote is good for 90 days so we have time to shop for a new one before having it installed which made me feel good about not being rushed into a decision. We will definitely return to Foster for our future plumbing and HVAC needs!
