Customer experiences
Red Ribbon Boutique in Edmonton is an absolute treasure chest of style — if treasure chests were full of cozy sweaters, artsy earrings, and the cutest candles you’ve ever sniffed in your life. Walking in, I immediately felt cooler, like I suddenly understood fashion trends and could pull off wide-leg pants without looking like a lost pirate. Every corner of this boutique is packed with personality. It’s like Pinterest, but in real life — and way more affordable than I expected. I went in just to "browse" (famous last words), and came out with a tote bag, a soy candle, a scarf I didn't know I needed, and a renewed sense of self-worth. The staff? So nice I wanted to invite them to my wedding... and I'm not even engaged. They actually helped me pick pieces that fit my vibe and didn’t pressure me once. Just good vibes, great music, and serious aesthetic magic. Also, the gift section? Dangerously cute. I bought a birthday card that made me laugh-snort and a mug that says “I got dressed today” — which feels like a personal achievement. Red Ribbon Boutique is the kind of place where you go to buy a gift and end up gifting yourself six things. No regrets. Only style upgrades. If you're in Edmonton and love quirky, beautiful things — this boutique is your new happy place.
Love the products but the customer service is poor. The staff rarely say hi or try to help even when it’s not busy. I’ve been shopping here for years, because I love the clothes, but the service has remained disappointing (eg. No one checks on you in change room or helps with sizes)
Whomever manages or owns 12520 102 Ave RR Boutique., please do a small favour for the customers. Have your staff take a weekend course on how to be decent. I know it is not fashionable for young people to be polite these days, but if they want to be paid, they can learn. They don’t say hello when people come in (looking at you and not saying anything is not acknowledging), they don’t ask if they can help and they don’t say goodbye when people leave. It’s embarrassing and it makes a lot of of us want to keep our money.
Easily my favorite boutique in Edmonton! Great selection of stylish clothes, accessories, skin care and the ultimate one-stop-shop for gifts 👌 the customer service is the best - it’s rare I get a product that has a quality issue or defect, but the time this did happen they were very understanding and offered to compensate for the repair no questions asked. Forever my go-to shopping spot! :)
