Overall very good. It’s a little off the main downtown area of Frederick so if you’re looking for a place to eat and then walk around downtown this isn’t it. The food was very good. No surprises - meaning it all tasted great, portions were perfect, and presentation was good. Service from the wait staff was excellent. Food took a very long time to come. At one point we thought they had forgotten us. Perfect if you’re in no hurry. Maybe not so great with kids or you need to get breakfast and start your day. The restaurant itself is very nice - we sat outside on their covered patio and enjoyed the weather. Nothing to see though - it’s in an industrial parking lot. Someone mentioned it was an old tire store so the location makes sense.

We visited Showroom for breakfast and had a solid overall experience. Making a same-day reservation online was quick and easy, which was a great start. The space is on the smaller side, and the tables are quite close together—something to keep in mind if you're looking for a more spacious or private atmosphere. That said, it's very family-friendly and not too loud, which made for a comfortable and relaxed dining environment. Service was excellent. Our waitress was attentive, knowledgeable, and quick with drink refills. We started with the wings as an appetizer, and they were a standout—honestly some of the best I've ever had. Juicy, meaty, with a perfect coating of Old Bay hot sauce and a great balance of flats and drums. Highly recommend. For mains, I had the pancakes and bacon. The bacon was good, but the pancakes were a little bland—nothing memorable. My husband had the breakfast sandwich and really enjoyed the filling, but thought the bagel was a bit soggy (we're used to New York bagels, so we might be biased). We also tried the espresso martinis. They were okay—on the creamier side and not very strong. We typically prefer a darker, bolder version, but others might enjoy the lighter style. Overall, Showroom is a great breakfast spot with excellent service, a welcoming atmosphere, and standout appetizers. Would definitely return—especially for those wings.

This was a great experience! Our server Diana helped us out greatly as we were celebrating my father-in-law's birthday :) she was super attentive and gave her recommendations when prompted and checked on us to ensure we were enjoying our food. This was my first visit to this location and they checked all the boxes that I normally look for and a new restaurant; great food, good vibes, and excellent service. Everyone got different options from the platters with toast and bacon/sausage and crispy home fries to my option of bread pudding French toast. I also had a cappuccino and we shared pancakes. All in all I would give this a 5 out of 5 stars! We did make a reservation so we didn't have a wait time. This is recommended. - SupaFlyITGuy approved!

We had an amazing experience at Showroom! It was our first time visiting, and we went for dinner to celebrate a birthday. From start to finish, the service was exceptional. Our server, Tori, was phenomenal—she was incredibly kind, patient, and attentive, making our night even more special. The food was delicious, with generous portion sizes. I highly recommend the steak frites and the short rib—both were outstanding! The drinks were also great, and the overall atmosphere was perfect for a celebration. We’ll definitely be back!
