Had an AMAZING birthday celebration at Shoyo. The ambiance was on point, the service was A++++ and the food was melt in your mouth delicious! Everything was so fresh and Chef Jimmy was exceptional at his craftsmanship. Along with his crew, they displayed great attentiveness and hospitality towards the guests. Would love to experience this again!

Shoyo is a place that should be enjoyed by anyone who loves a great atmosphere, amazing food, unique combinations of flavors, and a welcoming staff. Have known Chef Jimmy for many years now and it was awesome to experience what he's built! We will be back!

We loved our experience at Shoyo and absolutely will return. The fish quality is amazing, certainly one of the best in TX. Every course is well thought out and compliments each other. Even the ginger and soy sauce tasted great. The atmosphere was delightful because the chefs and staffs were very engaging with the guests. We haven’t had an omakase experience that made us laugh this much before. We felt very welcomed and appreciated. It is definitely a highend meal but I’m sure you will have a great time here.

What an All-Star performance and experience! Last night was hands down the best meal I’ve had in a long time. From start to finish, the conversation, service, and skill from both front and back of house were outstanding. Special shout-out to Xavier for the service and complimentary shot—such a great touch!
