One of the biggest regrets of my life was visiting them and wasting my hard-earned, halal money on their pathetic services. I had an appointment for a Korean Glass Skin Facial. Before the procedure, I clearly told them, "I have to travel back to Islamabad tomorrow, so I absolutely cannot afford anything with downtime." I asked if there was anything I should know beforehand, and they confidently said, “No downtime at all, results are instant.” But to my complete shock, they performed PRP—labeling it as a “Korean Glass Facial”—without explaining anything. My face was left with visible injuries and needle marks. I couldn’t step out of the house for three days. It was deceptive, careless, and completely unprofessional. Then came the hair disaster. I initially asked about Hair Glossing, but instead, they began pushing balayage, telling me my current highlights didn’t suit me and made my face look dull. Multiple people joined in, making unsolicited comments until I gave in—mainly because Eid was near, and I wanted to feel good about myself. The senior male stylist asked me to choose a hair color. I showed him five, and he selected the one he thought suited me best. Then he said balayage would strip off my existing keratin, and insisted I get a fresh keratin treatment too. He promised, “Don’t worry, your hair will look just like the picture,” and offered a so-called “discounted rate.” They charged me 60,000 PKR for the facial, balayage, and keratin—and the outcome was a complete nightmare. The color wasn’t even close to what I chose, and my hair was left severely damaged. It turned frizzy, dry, rough, and unmanageable. I told them right there and then that my hair felt awful, with no shine or smoothness. They just gaslighted me by saying, “Your hair looks awesome.” I’ve been getting keratin treatments for over 5 years—I know what healthy, treated hair should feel like. But just after the first wash, my hair was a mess. I couldn’t even run a comb through it. It was so tangled and frizzy that I was in tears. I reached out again, and their response? “Just use a good hair mask.” This wasn’t just poor service—it was emotional manipulation. They’re trained to make you feel insecure and then upsell expensive treatments with false promises. I walked in excited for Eid. I left with facial bruises, ruined hair, emotional stress, and a 60k hole in my pocket. I would never, ever recommend them to anyone. Don’t fall for their fake professionalism and marketing gimmicks. They’re in the business of selling illusions—not results.
