Working with Keystone comes at your own risk. The crews actually doing the work are good but the multi-layers of management do not respond to clients and send you to so many different people to talk to. Our initial conversation started in November 2024. To this day Sept 21, 2025 work is not complete. They worked with GAF Energy who still have not provided a working link to their solar monitoring. We do not seem to be saving any money on the solar roof. Our bill did not go down in any significant way we got a $1.64 solar credit the first month of service. Between the two companies I have spoken to no less than a dozen people in the process from all over the US and South America. Our gutters leak at one house and there is a missing board leaving an opening to the attic at the other home. I feel like this is the only recourse for us. These are not local companies to the community.
