These folks are absolutely the best. We have experienced several HOA/Property Management companies. None have even been close to Premier Property Management. Responsive, efficient and honest.

If you want to rent from a property manager who only cares about the money than the tenant, then go right ahead and rent from these individuals that have no morals. Jamie the head of the company is a slum lord. You have a problem she will find a reason not to fix it but miss your rent by a day or two she threatens to evict you. She has her favorites at her properties so if you are the landlords pet you can get away with just about anything. When it comes to addressing issues of safety, don't expect Jamie to do that because money is more important than you or your family's safety. She will do anything to harass tenants she doesn't like and does not equally enforce the property rules. This company is the reason why Google should allow zero stars. Do yourself a favor avoid them at all costs.
