⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Quite Simply the Best Pharmacy on the Planet Hi, I’m Mr. P, a very good Dalmatian (if I may say so myself) and every time I visit Sigler Pharmacy at Prairie Star, I am treated like royalty. Samantha and Heather (pictured) and all of the Sigler Staff are always there with warm smiles and perfectly timed doggy treats. I might not understand prescriptions, but I definitely understand kindness, and this place is overflowing with it. While I’m the one enjoying the treats, it’s my human who gets the real benefit. Feel free to jump in human…As a seasoned RN, I can confidently say that the entire team at Sigler, including Debbie, Makenna, Melissa, and every other staff member, are truly exceptional. They are kind, professional, empathetic, and deeply knowledgeable. Whether it’s a question about medication interactions, new therapies, or simple reassurance, I walk away smarter every single time. Pharmacies can sometimes feel rushed or transactional, Sigler is the exact opposite. They know your name, your history, and genuinely care about your well-being. It’s a rare thing these days, and it deserves to be celebrated. I cannot recommend this pharmacy highly enough. From Mr. P’s tail wags to my clinical respect, this place is simply outstanding!!!!

Hands down, this is the best pharmacy in the KC metro area. After a long and diligent search for a pharmacy that offers a 'personal touch,' I grew weary of the 'big corporate' pharmacies beset by lengthy wait times and impersonal treatment. The people here are truly special. They have really fast turnaround with anything that is within their control and they have excellent communication, including proactively reaching out with questions, which just seems like premium service to me compared with other pharmacies I’ve used. And they are kind. Last week, when we went for a pickup, my 4-year-old said she was hungry and I had no snacks on me. One of the staff went to her personal lunch bag and gave my daughter a choice of her apple or fruit bar. Acts of kindness like that are so uplifting. Thank you to the whole team there for setting such a high standard for a pharmacy.
