Small, but very comfortable flight support. All amenities are available here for passengers and crews. You can use computers, eat something sweet and drink fresh coffee. Two large Tv screens allow you to relax before the flight or while waiting. To sum up: Everything here is at a high level of comfort.

A very nice and clean place, they brought us the crew car for an unlimited period of time. The coffee machine didn't work but there was another coffee on the side that you could take away from.

The weekend graveyard shift staff has some less than friendly personnel. It’s always disappointing to come across fellow service industry professionals who are less than professional. MORE IMPORTANTLY - On multiple occasions, I’ve been told that approximately 48 hours is not enough time for the FBO to provide laundry service (not dry cleaning). With their close proximity to a major city, you would think management would work to find a vendor who could provide a faster turn around time for their customers, OR if they aren’t willing to provide the service, offer alternative options for their customers. I doubt I’m the only flight attendant who passes through MDW and needs “fast” laundry services.
