Sitting here with my son who sustained a head injury. We’ve been here for 3 hours and haven’t been seen by a doctor yet. It’s 11:30pm on a school night. I spent the last hour trying to keep him awake until he can be seen. I went and asked the desk and they told me it’s how their system works. Update. Waited until 1am to be told that they didn’t know how much longer. I was then told that there is only ONE doctor working at this place. I wish they were more truthful with people walking in so we could make a better choice when trying to advocate for our kids.

Checked in at 10:25pm, finally left at 3:30am. Just prepare yourself for a minimum of a 5 hour wait. If it’s shorter than that consider yourself one of the lucky ones.

My experience was great!! Thankfully I came during a slow period and did not wait long at all. I was in and out within an hour in a half. The staff here were awesome and helped me out tremendously. Thank you Silver Cross - Homer Glen ❤️

Wife came here after visiting urgent care for a lump on her throat. Place is slow. Did cat scan which no one here can read it. It's sent to main hospital to read results. Waiting here for 5 hours and still waiting. How can you call this a emergency room. Its a glorified urgent care facility. Next time we going directly to hospital.
