There's no care or investment made into this dental facility. The equipment doesn't work and is mostly broken. They don't do thorough deep cleaning for the amount of money you pay for! The cleaning is only for about 10 mins. You have to wait for hours for your appointment even though I came early for my appointment. The reception area is so DIRTY, HAS BROKEN OLD TOYS. Very uninviting reception area! No one answers the phone. Very disrespectful and unhelpful staff members. Very unprofessional dental office. They don't tell you the office will be closed ahead of time before you come in for your appointment. Very disgraceful.

At 34 years old I never had a tooth pulled while awake! Welp at 34 it was time and I cried like a big baby! But everyone was so patient and nice about it the Doctor and his assistant even wiped my tears!! Highly recommend this office I love them

These people never answer the phone! But they will send you a text message right after you call. I been calling for the last two weeks to confirm my son’s appointment and never received confirmation. His appointment was supposed to be today. Also, my other child had an appointment today and I just didn’t bring him because these ppl are so unreliable. Also online the hours are different from when they say they are open or closed.

Dentists be on their phones, eating and taking forever to see me. It takes 2-3 hrs for the dentist to come in the room after you're initially seated.
