As someone who experiences anxiety going to the dentist, I have to admit that the staff at the Harrisburg location helped to put me at ease. The doctor was very comforting and compassionate. And unfortunately for me, the dental assistant that I had was only a temp that particular day, but I'm going to give high praises to Miss Tameka! The reception staff are always friendly both with greeting and leaving the office.

I had to change my phone number due to harassment and I have been waiting on a phone call from them which clearly they couldn’t make bc I needed to update my phone number. I have called about 100 times along with wasting my time waiting for someone to answer on their phone service left several voicemails over the course of 2 weeks. No returned phone call. Finally I had enough and took the 20 minute drive to get some communication with them and asked the desk why they haven’t returned my phone calls or voicemails why isn’t anyone answering their messages. She didn’t know she had no reasonable explanation I even called and I heard no phone ring & 3 people at the desk. The appointment I need is a 5 minute appointment and I seen my dentist walking out for her lunch break when I walked up. My patience were gone by the time I made the drive and the fact there was no explanation for voicemails being ignored made me want to explode while in the lobby I heard other patients asking if there is another phone number they should call. If you don’t answer your voicemails tell your patients that so they do what needs to be done. My dentist is great but the communication needs to get better.!!

The dentist I had was one of the best dentists I have ever had. She was so patient and really took her time to fix the problems. She also explained everything so well. I wish I could have her every time.

Stay far away from dental nightmares!! I received a deep cleaning known as an srp at this location. I told the dentist my mouth was not numb at all and she said let's start the process and see how it feels. I felt pain for the entire process shaking to death in that chair while both lady's operated on my mouth. The work they did was just looked at yesterday, 2 months after said procedure by a different dentist office who took plenty or pictures showing she never touched under my gums and cleaned only what the naked eye could see. I have to get my insurance claim reversed so my new dentist can do the procedure properly because this dentist office is incapable of doing a deep cleaning otherwise under my gums would be clear of any build up! I'm beyond mad, there is no words to describe the medical malpractice i revieved here and charging my insurance for work you did not do should be illegal. Find a legit dentist office before coming to this place for anything other than a regular cleaning...even then tread lightly who knows if she will actually clean between your teeth!
