I was very disappointed in the difference on move vs move out. Moving in the owner was very nice. When the return of the deposit came, we were charged for normal wear and tear, a smoke alarm that you could only reach from a ladder and removal of items that were there on move in. The owner Michelle would not discuss and management did call back and each person was charged the same amount. Perhaps each room was identical with deductions. I respectfully requested move out information from previous to show these items were already present. I look forward to a resolution.
