Lauren was very helpful in setting up the event and following through on the details. She was very accommodating in meeting specific menu requests that emphasized Kentucky cuisine. The food was delicious and the attendees were very complimentary. Your servers were professional and friendly. I have nothing but good things to say.

You can stop reading reviews now and just go ahead and book Michaelis Events. After the 20th guest comes up to you to rave about the food you'll be glad you did. Amanda guided us with professionalism and kindness through the whole process from choosing flowers to place settings and bar service. She was super communicative and easygoing. I would book them again in a heartbeat.

We were a group of 60 traveling from out of town for the Oaks and Derby, and were referred to Lauren Brown of Michaelis Events for one of our group celebrations, and I'm so thankful we found her! She was an absolute joy to work with and incredibly helpful, not just with catering our event, but also in connecting us with other vendors and services we needed throughout the weekend. Lauren was thoughtful, organized, and impressively detail-oriented. The event staff was friendly, professional, and a true pleasure to have on-site. The food was absolutely amazing, and honestly, the best we had during our entire trip. My only regret is that we couldn’t have her cater every event we hosted that weekend. We also had a last-minute curveball when we had to change our event venue just a week prior. Lauren handled it with grace and efficiency, securing an alternative location that turned out to be perfect. I wouldn’t hesitate to work with her again if we find ourselves hosting another event in the Louisville area.
