I have been a happy customer for almost 9 years. everyone I have come in contact with has been extremely professional, courteous and pleasant - and they always show up on time and do a great job. Happily recommend them for whatever your pest control services might be. and t heir pricing is fair and reasonable.

The pest control guys who come to spray are always nice and professional. It’s the receptionist who could be more professional in how she interacts with customers. I hadn’t heard from sims pest control in months. They stopped showing up and calling every month to setup their visits. I finally received an invoice months later since the last pest control visit and received a call shortly thereafter. The receptionist was very rude and not believing me when I told her I was wondering what had happened to my services as I hadn’t heard from them in months, they just seemed to disappear. She claimed she’d called me several times and left messages. I denied this notion and she seemed to get an attitude when I told her I’d never received such calls or messages as I would’ve called back promptly to discuss services. She asked me to pay up. When I asked about scheduling our next service she said we could do that soon but after running my card, hung up and never called me back. Such lack of professionalism. I guess my months of commitment to this company as a customer means nothing as well as my money. Guess I’ll just have to take it elsewhere then…

I have only been using Sims for a couple months, but so far I am very pleased with their set services and I do recommend this pest control business. More to follow as Sims continues to protect my home from bugs.
