I hadn’t heard from sims pest control in months. They stopped showing up and calling every month to setup their visits. I finally received an invoice months later since the last pest control visit and received a call shortly thereafter. The receptionist was very rude and not believing me when I told her I was wondering what had happened to my services as I hadn’t heard from them in months, they just seemed to disappear. She claimed she’d called me several times and left messages. I denied this notion and she seemed to get an attitude when I told her I’d never received such calls or messages as I would’ve called back promptly to discuss services. She asked me to pay up. When I asked about scheduling our next service she said we could do that soon but after running my card, hung up and never called me back. Such lack of professionalism. I guess my months of commitment to this company as a customer means nothing as well as my money. Guess I’ll just have to take it elsewhere then…
