We had a wonderful experience at universal auto sales in Salem. We were looking for a used car but in great condition and we found it thanks to Jorge. There are many vehicles to choose from that are well priced. The entire process went so smooth and they also go the extra mile for you. They changed my oil fix a tear that was in a leather seats and replace the battery for free. They are truly amazing. It was a no pressure sale! We shopped all day for a used reliable vehicle from independence to Portland and found nothing but crap cars and slum bag sales men. I was ready to call it a day and give up the search then we pulled in to Universal Auto Sales and met with Frankie. I told him what I was looking for and that I had a tight budget. Frankie showed me a few options and I loved them all. All the vehicles were clean and well maintained I fell in love with a suv but it was out of my price range. Frankie told me he could make it work with my budget and he did not only did he make it in my budget but we were in and out in a hour no fuss no hassle. Purchased a car back in November of 2025. Called in to inquire about a specific model and then came in. Edgar was great. Had the car ready and let me test drive it by myself. Flexible financing options (although I personally did not finance). I paid in full via a mixture of Credit Card and cash. Edgar was accommodating and made it work. Entire process took no more than an hour and a half. Thank you Edgar! Finance guy (who I forgot the name of) was also great and made the process easy.
