Terrible service. I arrived without an appointment for a gel manicure and pedicure. They asked me to come back at 2:20 PM, so I waited almost 30 minutes in my car. In the end, the technician took way too long just to remove my polish ,I had to wait another 30 minutes. I then asked for a simple foot cleaning without polish, since I have a small injury on one toe. After stepping away for two minutes, the technician came back with another person to tell me they didn’t have time to do my hands because they had other appointments. I found that very unprofessional. The funniest part was when the other person told me I hadn’t mentioned that from the beginning , I suggest they check the camera footage, everything is recorded, I believe. And for that little cleaning, I was charged $65.

Love love love it there! Everyone is always so nice and the atmosphere is so welcoming. As soon as you come in they have a rack for your shoes and complementary slippers, perfect for those snow days. I have been getting my nails done by Tess for a while now and I absolutely love her. Her style is outstanding and I have never been disappointed with any of the sets I’ve gotten. I always go for art and glitter and she knows exactly what I’m thinking everytime. I also have eczema which means my nails and fingers are often super dry and sensitive, they usually are cracked and it can be painful but tess always makes sure to be gentle, checking in often and leaves my hands flare up free and soft. I have been seeing Melissa Kseniuk for most of my services there, she is such a sweet person inside and out. She is a perfectionist and is amazing at what she does, it shows in her work.
