I had an amazing experience with Small Moves and Delivery! From the start, they came in and assessed each room and item with care, then jumped right into action. The team made the entire move feel effortless. They even reminded me of a few essentials I had forgotten—and were kind enough to offer to grab them for me! The move itself was incredibly smooth. I didn’t have to stress or think about a thing. When we got to the new apartment, they went above and beyond by placing items in their designated rooms, which made unpacking SO much easier. Booked an appointment to move my studio in Alexandria to my 1BR in La Plata. Ms. Lurinda Lawson was very helpful and professional, explaining to me what her team was going to do. She also helped with professional cleaning services after the moving team moved my personal effects. Later on meeting with Malcolm and Mykia at La Plata, Malcolm helped move all of the items from the delivery truck and into my new space quickly and efficiently.
