Avery arrived at the indicated time and within 10-15 minutes, he had solved our remote and keypad issues along with balancing and tuning up our garage door for good measure. His professionalism, knowledge, and efficiency went above and beyond our expectations. Nick was friendly, quick, and very accommodating (he had a look at the space and said we didn’t need to move the car out of the garage for him to work!). Ernie, explained the problem. What needed to be replaced. Ernie is extremely, friendly, professional and yes very knowledgeable. I also had a issue with my other door. Weather stripping. called it in was delivered. Ernie, replaced the Gear Kit, greased, untangled chain, reset etc. Everything was in perfect condition. Working better then it has in years.
