backmarket doesnt allow reviews once youve gotten your refund, (although not specific to this business, third time ive used backmarket and ive just have to send the phone back and kick rocks) purchased an iphone online, it had an ampsentrix BASIC in it, all you had to do was put the battery thats NEXT to it on mobilesentrix in the phone, they couldnt even bother spending the extra $7 to ensure it had a quality battery. When i personally ordered replacement phone parts for my work I always wondered "pchh- who would use those cheap batteries when the better ones arent much more expensive?" I guess I found out. Phone would drop calls/take 3 attempts to actually connect, camera was dropping out constantly blurring/restarting during use, wouldnt play media unless plugged in, not scanning bluetooth devices, phone would constantly "hang" but not freeze, but still be utterly unusable. Phone had known calling issues before it was traded into this business, checking apple's official GSX/AST2 console theres a history of RF/Call tests from an authorized retailer meaning the original owner suspected it had issues, meaning it wasnt even fully tested before they purchased it for trade in, if this thing was just setup and ran for two seconds before being sold- it wouldve been caught that it had *clear* issues.

Most excellent experience dealing with Zeke. I am an old coot, with limited smartphone savvy. Zeke didn't make me feel that way. He answered all my questions patiently. Very pleased with my new (to me) phone.
