Had an appointment for a new denture for my Mom and my Mom absolutely loved the clean office and the friendly reception we received upon arrival. Vanessa, the dental assistant was exceptionally helpful and gentle with my Mom. Dr Frag was awesome, so friendly and easy to talk to about my mom’s dental history and present needs. We are looking forward to coming back and highly recommend this well run dental office.

To start, I would like to say that the reception team at this office is quite lovely. They are super attentive and understanding. I recently found this office after moving to Oakville from Toronto. This office had amazing reviews and I was keen to find a good dentist to replace my amazing previous dentist. Long story short, at my first exam it was discovered that I had a couple of cavities. I had to make two separate appointments to get them filled. The first appointment went smoothly, no issues. At the second appointment a couple of weeks later, after being 45 minutes late, the dentist, Dr.Mina, decided to fill the same tooth from the previous appointment. Meaning, he re-filled his own filling from last visit. Within 4 minutes of him starting his work, I realized that he was on the wrong side and made both him and the hygienist stop. Once they realized their mistake, I had to sit there awkwardly as they refilled my already filled tooth, because now there was a huge hole in it. It took 20 minutes, and I was fuming. I was shocked at the carelessness & wasn’t expecting this to happen. I assumed they would check records from last visit. I was very disappointed with both the hygienist and dentist. While the dentist offered an apology and mentioned that the mistake happened because of an error on his computer, as a patient, this apology was not enough & I really didn’t feel heard. What if this happened to my daughter? Your daughter? Someone’s son? Would they have been able to advocate for their tooth? It’s important to be diligent when drilling into people’s mouths. I understand that mistakes happen, I get it, but what upsets me the most was the lack of accountability from the dentist. I will not be returning to this office and offer the advice that if you want to be a patient here or are already a patient here, please always advocate for yourself before your visit.

Always a pleasant experience. Staff exceptionally friendly and welcoming. Lucy was my dental hygienist today and was very caring and did an excellent job of cleaning my teeth and getting to know me as a person and not a number. Did not feel rushed.
