I had a great experience at Durham Dental. I have an extreme phobia of the dentist and from the very first interaction everyone was quite nice and welcoming and made me feel at ease. I was put under and had multiple cavities filled and my teeth cleaned. I will be returning every time for my routine cleaning. It is pricey but if you have good benefits and don’t mind paying a little extra to be completely put under, I would highly suggest this place

Everyone at this clinic is absolutely AMAZING. Up until my first visit here, I've always had a certain level of anxiety and and fear associated with dentist offices like many people do. But from the moment I got past filling out the initial paperwork and meeting everyone, my anxiety was gone. Everyone was so nice and welcoming. The entire staff was informative and helped me right away. Even on the phone when I called, if I had a question for the dentist I was never on hold for too long or they called me back right away to when the dentist was available. Everyone introduced themselves to me helped me get familiar with the procedure and equipment. I never felt rushed and felt like everyone wanted to make sure I was comfortable. Even after my procedure (I don't remember much) but my wife picked me up and said the same thing. My 3 kids also got little toys and trinkets while they waited for me as I was still wobbly from the general anesthesia. This team gets 5 stars from me. Definitely recommending to anyone in need!
