Smiles One Family Dentistry

Update- first phase completed and I have my first permanent bridge and it looks and feels great!! Can’t wait to have the other things done. Thank you Dr.Z and staff! I absolutely fear the dentist and literally have a mouth full of problems. I wanted to find a new dentist after my last experience (later in this post). The office is updated and clean and fresh, the staff is friendly and accommodating, and Dr. Z is very thorough and took the time to listen. He actually had a full gentle conversation with me about what *I wanted* out of the practice so he could give me the best experience. The treatment plan is something we work on together, he just doesn’t tell me the way he going to approach it. He understands my concerns and my priorities and even texted the evening of an extraction to see how I was feeling. Never once making me feel embarrassed that my teeth have suffered because of health problems or that I’m on a budget and need cost effective solutions. I ‘ve seen him a few times now and Highly recommend this place!!! I had a lot of issues with my last Dentistry out of Carnegie and they only tried to make things right so I would change the star rating (I kid you not, it was an actual request from them as they held my teeth hostage and threatened sending the bill to collections - Review below and it just gets worse from there believe it or not). Now you can see why finding a warm and comfortable dentistry was so important to me. I can’t say enough good things about Dr Z and his staff!!!

I was a patient of Dr Sakai for years. I wasn’t sure what to expect when his practice became Smiles One. Since my family and I have been going to Smiles One, we have been very happy. Everyone there is super friendly. Dr Zhuang is a really good dentist. He’s easy to talk to. If I have any questions about a bill, I get answers right away from Jen.

Dr Z and staff are so nice, they are really considerate and aren't out just to take your money they actually care!! My brother also had an awesome experience and his implant looks great!!
