My husband and I recently purchased a home listed by Smith Realty Group. We were treated so poorly had it not been for the seller himself, we would’ve walked away. The realtor initially refused to relinquish the keys as agreed upon by the seller stating they hadn't been paid because he failed to fill out the form requesting how they wanted their funds. The final nail in their coffin for their reputation was when they picked up their sign and lockbox at the residence we purchased. The realtor said, "Congratulations. Welcome back to the are. You got a great deal because we could've sold this house for a lot more." The same sentiments repeated to our agent on multiple occasions, they could've and should've sold the house for a lot more. We moved back for all the right reasons and purchased for the right reasons. Our experience with Smith Realty Group was the absolute WORST part of moving home. We offered full asking price and were still treated like dirt.

Absolutely wonderful experience! We had been looking to purchase a home in Northern Michigan after selling our home in Southern Michigan. It started out a little difficult and then we found Amanda with Smith Realty Group. Being 8 months pregnant was no stopping her from doing a magnificent job. She went above and beyond in helping us find our new home. She was very easy to work with and we felt completely comfortable and were grateful for her knowledge and insight, especially being we were living 4 hours away while trying to find our new home. We absolutely love our home and Amanda made the process exceptionally smooth and also Paige who assisted during Amanda's maternity leave. Amanda has followed up since our closing and has been a bright light in our lives. I would highly recommend using their services if looking to sell or purchase property. I know if we are to again in the future we will definitely be returning to do business. Thank you for the wonderful experience!

To say Amanda Morris was great is an understatement, She knew exactly what we wanted, she worked hard at getting us the showing when we found our place. We were there within 24 hours from time of us contacting her about the house we found. She was amazing and worked hard to make it happen for us. We put in a purchase agreement that same day and had our house, I and are very Happy with it. Even being Pregnant big belly and all (Sorry Amanda) she was there for us. When we found the house her baby Marie was a newborn but she still did her job and did it perfectly. Thank You so much Amanda:)

Amanda is AMAZING. I have only great things to say about her and my experience. As a first time home buyer, she educated me and answered all my questions and tended to any and all needs promptly- it made my purchasing process extremely fast and as stress free as possible. One thing I really appreciated was she respected my busy schedule and was not pushy or overbearing. She would make sure the information/homes got to me and knew I’d respond on the ones I was interested in or had feedback on. She was thorough, honest, on top of everything and very personable. She made the house tours fun, light and had our best interest in mind ALWAYS. She cares and will do whatever to give you the best home and experience possible. I could go on and on, but am so thankful she was apart of my home buying journey. She’s your girl!
