Horrible haircut. Hair stylist didn’t damp my hair before cutting. Tried calling, the office doesn’t accept phone calls. My hair looks like a jagged knife. Very disappointing. UPDATE: went back in to get my hair fixed. She blamed me for wearing a hoodie which is what caused my hair to be uneven. She also told me that she didn’t have me put my head down before the cut. I told her she didn’t damp it. Second attempt of fixing my hair and still didn’t damp it. Didn’t offer a refund. Don’t know her name but platinum hair with lash extensions, dark complexion, has a chair on the middle. DON’T GO TO HER, wait for somebody else. Complete joke

I highly recommend stopping in to "So Fly" hair Salon. Hanna was my beautician today. She did a Great job on my thin fine hair. I love it. Best hair cut I've had in probably 10 years. Thank you Hanna. I will be back. And I will be telling everyone to come to your Salon. Oh, and the price was so cheap.....bonus!!! I love my hair again.

I have been a customer of So-Fly for a few years and always have enjoyed coming. Until Friday. The music was SO LOUD, I could not hear what I was listening to on my phone! I may have to choose a different shop. I talked to the stylist and the manager both, they do not have control over the volume on the music. If music has to be played at such a high level, someone needs a hearing check. This is an indication of hearing loss.

It’s a good thing I like hats , because now I have to shave every day otherwise I’ll look like a kiwi fruit with a face . “Stylist” asked me what I wanted the shaved my head to nearly the skin. It’s the worst cut I have ever gotten. She just started hacking at me. And in 3 seconds there was no going back .
