One of the worst haircuts I have ever received. Travis is a horrible ‘barber’ who can’t even do a simple fade and is extremely homophobic. As were we talking it came up that I am part of the LBGT community and then that all he could talk about. Telling me a story about this guy who couldn’t stop touching him at a gay bar. I can’t believe the owners let him work for them.
Worst barber experience I’ve ever had, and I’ve been to many so I’ve seen it all. She asks me how I want my hair, I show her a picture, and she gets to work. She spends literally 2 minutes on the haircut, does a frankly awful fade, and acts like it’s fine. I ask if she can fix up my beard and all she does is another fade that doesn’t even match the haircut. With the same clipper she goes over my neck, and even that she leaves half undone. I point it out, and still she doesn’t bother to finish properly. The back of my neck was a complete disaster, I’ve never seen anything so poorly done. I ask her to fix it, and she spends 10 seconds on it. People who don’t like their job simply shouldn’t do it, please. The haircut was supposed to take 40 minutes (30 for hair + 10 for beard). In total, she spent 20 minutes on me, 15 of which were washing my head with boiling hot water. $44 for a "haircut" and "beard trim" where she didn’t even touch my beard is an absolute outrage and a complete lack of respect. Conclusion: if you’re looking for a terrible haircut, horrible service, and to throw your money away, this is your barber. If not, I absolutely do not recommend coming here.
Went in for a haircut at 2:40pm and was in the seat right at that time. She asked what I was looking for and I explained that I wanted a fade from 1 1/2 up to finger tight length on top. She decided to only use clippers for the whole cut and I was checking out by 2:50pm. She asked zero questions about how I like my neck lined up, sideburns or anything like that. I realize everything is more expensive these days but for $28 bucks and unwritten rule of tipping I would expect more communication about what I would like to be done especially after saying finger tight up top and maybe it would take longer than 9 minutes. The haircut looks decent but you can tell the difference between a scissor cut and clippers. I’ve been to this location before as well as the Tualatin location and have had no complaints.
