I booked a load with Payton L, he said the shipper will be waiting for us and I should start heading my driver that way while we work on the packet and get setup. I told my driver to start driving and filled the paperwork, I sent it over but got no answer after which I emailed & I called him twice and no on picked up. I told my driver to stop driving. I finally got an email from him 30 minutes after sending the packet and he said he is working on paperwork, I emailed him asking if the shipper is still waiting for us because it was after hours, but I got no answer and then I called him a few times also with no answer. At this point it had been 1:30 hour after booked load with no confirmation and no answer to phone calls, so I made the decision to rebook my truck as I needed him loaded that night. This would have been a different situation had he kept in touch and communicated with us, there is no way a broker can expect us to have a driver drive for 2 hours with no confirmation or communication. 1 hour after last communication with him, he sent a confirmation but I was unaware as I had already left the office. He then proceeded to report us to carrier411 and blaming this on us and stating that we fell off the load. He spinned this situation and made it seem like it was our fault. Very very unprofessional! In response: I did call in and try to speak to someone before posting online, but I got Payton on the phone and he said he is the account manager and there is no one else I can speak too. So who is upper managment, and how do I reach them? I also have screenshot and proof that I called in. I also have emails where you can see the confirmation was sent 2 hours after verbal agreement, and also me emailing him and no responses.

Booked a load va to il when we arrived at the receiver it was a drop trailer load which the broker had not advised. Tried to get in contact with the broker and the team and they advise it wasnt their problem. After that I got ghosted for 2 days they disappeared. DOT will be notified they are not running a professional shop. They are refusing to pay detention and layover on this. This is not how you treat carriers stay away!
