Stay away, their rates are low due the low safety score. Most high paying brokers don’t work with TRC. Also dispatch charge and other fees are a bit high

Everyone knows, I shoot straight from the hip. TRC Freight is a decent company. However, I think they need to rethink their pay structure. $310 a week cargo insurance, $500 equipment hold. $1500 escrow. And other deductions are a bit excessive. I love the self dispatch. Also, if you need to borrow anything for repairs, they take it back almost all at once. I know it's hard to trust some drivers, but that policy will run away the honest ones. Update 07/14/25. Ok, I did some research on other trucking companies, and i discovered that the rate TRC is charging is by far the best in the industry. I have no problem admitting when I'm wrong. I understand why they recoup their money ASAP. So many Bonehead Truckers have borrowed money for repairs and didn't pay them back. With this company, we are partners. You're a business owner, it's your responsibility to take care of your truck. Not theirs. 5 stars TRC Freight.

TRC is 100% Top of the Shelf ! Very excellent carrier to lease on too. They are a No Bull Carrier, what they tell you you'll be paid is 100% True ! Very easy to get along with. I never had any problems with dispatch or with payroll ! I was leased here for 4 months and only left because of my engine had a knock so I parked my truck for repairs. But I can not say enough for TRC, they truly are fantastic and I highly recommend you give them a try ! You can learn how to dispatch your own loads if you choose. Or you can have a dispatcher dispatch for you. They have a huge outlet of brokers and broker apps all at your disposal. Also, they have Medical, Dental, Vision, and Life benefits even as a Owner Op ! That's unheard of but 100% True ! Call Eric today and Tell him Trucker Bob sent you ! You'll be Glad you did !

If you see a driver's ad that TRC Posted you better take off running.that company is worst company out there, they charge me 195 dollars a week for a 2003 trailer and 295 a week for cargo insurance. if you get a tag through them they will take a 1000 dollars a week
