Ich habe an dem Yoga + Sauna + Eisbad teilgenommen. Zuerst war ich etwas skeptisch wie man das alles in 2 Stunden machen soll. Allerdings war das ganze sehr gut organisiert, sodass wir nie dass Gefühl hatten zu hetzen. Das Highlight war die Yoga Session, welche mich als Anfänger voll abgeholt hat. Dabei finde ich besonders gut dass es sehr viel Equipment und Hilfsmittel (Yogablock, Bänder usw.) gab und dass sich Vanessa die Zeit genommen hat jeden einzeln zu korrigieren und Hilfestellungen zu geben. Darum komme ich immer wieder gerne!
Dachte ehrlich gesagt, Yoga wär nur was für flexible Leute mit Räucherstäbchen, aber dank the Kitchen macht es mir wirklich Spass! Die Atmosphäre ist richtig besonders und Vanessa leitet die Yoga Klasse sympathisch, erklärt klar und ohne Druck und die Kombi aus Musik, Farbe und Bewegung fühlt sich einfach gut an. Hab mich als Anfänger komplett wohlgefühlt 🙌
Vanessa schafft eine richtig schöne Atmosphäre zum Wohlfühlen! Sie erklärt es genau richtig, ohne Druck und ganz entspannt aber gibt genau die richtigen Hinweise, wenn es soweit ist. Ich komme jedes Mal gerne hierher - einfach ein absoluter "safe space" <3
