Customer experiences
I’m really disappointed with the pharmacy service at this location. Yesterday, I brought my 4-year-old for a flu shot, but was told she couldn’t get it because their system showed she was “not eligible.” I booked the appointment through the pharmacy’s own website and followed all the instructions carefully. I even picked my child up early just to make it on time — only to be told I should have checked the government website instead. If that’s the case, what’s the point of offering online bookings through your pharmacy? What’s even more confusing is that today, my daughter’s classmate received the flu shot at the same pharmacy without any issue. It felt very unfair and inconsistent. Every visit to this pharmacy has been frustrating and time-consuming. I honestly wouldn’t recommend this place. I really hope the pharmacy management reviews their process and improves communication with customers.
Superstore in Aurora has the best pharmacy experience. My prescriptions are filled in a timely fashion Flora. Make sure my dates on my medication for the med packs are clear and in order every time I pick up. I totally appreciate the extra time that they take filling my Medi packs. If you have any questions, Donna manager or the Superstore Pharmacy, always answers any questions or concerns that I may have? They also look to make sure your current prescriptions and any new prescriptions don’t have interactions with each other. Thank you, Donna Flora for making my experience pleasant each time I come in.
Josh, the head pharmacist, is so wonderful to work with. He is empathetic and energetic. He makes this pharmacy my number one choice. Filling prescriptions is no longer a chore, it's a joy.
I've shopped at Loblaws for years but I believe it's time to find another store to do my shopping. The prices have gone through the roof. They use tricky price hikes and if you want to use a cart that works you will need to scour the parking lot and try approx 1-4 carts before you find one with all 4 wheels that turn. I would think with what they charge for food etc and the daily price hikes they may have a few bucks to put into customer satisfaction. They just don't seem to care. That's unfortunate.
Sobeys Pharmacy Aurora is a pharmacy.
