Over 12 000yen lost for drums alone, because they didn't bother checking if the item is working before selling it. Me and my partner purchased 2 taiko no tatsujin drums 2 days ago before traveling back to our country. Supposedly, both condition A, but one of them is broken and not working at all. It's not connecting. We can't do anything now because we are no longer in Japan. We bought the drums and game to play together, very disappointed.

While using the restroom on the 7th floor, I accidentally left a cardboard box containing posters there. An hour later, I went back for the box, but the posters inside were gone. So I tried to file a lost item report with the staff, but the Sofmap employee's attitude was dismissive, as if they were treating me like a swindler. Of course, I understand that the item isn't related to Sofmap and it might be hard to find even if reported to the police, but their initial attitude was completely inappropriate for how to treat a customer. I will never shop at Sofmap ever again.

This was a cool multi-level store with everything from action figures, to DVDs, to toys, to gaming consoles and videos games. I didn't recognize a lot of the anime options. The store was well organized and quite clean. It was easier to navigate than some of the others we visited in the area. There are larger Sofmap stores in the area as well.
