Definitely will be returning! A friend referred me to this salon and they are patient and ask how everything turned out. I had box died brown hair and was able to achieve blonde highlights. Laxmi and Ashley were fantastic. Thank you for the great service and I’ll definitely be back ❤️

I had such a great experience at this salon. Ashley did my haircut and a touch of color, and she was amazing from start to finish. She guided me through the process, explained each step, and even reassured me that if I wasn’t fully comfortable with the look, we could make adjustments — though honestly, I loved it just as it was! Beyond Ashley’s talent, what stood out was how kind, warm, and accommodating the whole team was. Even though my appointment ran a little longer than planned, they were supportive and patient throughout. It’s an independently run salon, and you can really feel the care they put into making clients feel welcome and taken care of. I’d definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a personal, thoughtful experience.

I had a balayage with an overall color done, and she took her time to work patiently and thoughtfully throughout the entire process. She truly listened to my concerns about maintaining the health of my hair while still achieving a fresh, noticeable transformation. The results were absolutely beautiful. Literally the worst experience I have experienced from here. I took keratin treatment on 3rd April 2025 its been just 10 days and my hair is frizzy again. No one is saying it looks like keratin treatment why did I waste my huge money and time on keratin treatment there which fades away in just few days. I am really very disappointed with their services now. They should be honest with their customer that it will not last for 10 days so we can think before taking services from Softtouch Salon. I just took a Keratin treatment on 3rd April 2025 and followed by a hair wash from them on 7th April 2025, then I took a hair wash after 5 days from myself using professional keratin shampoo and conditioner (as recommended by saloon) and my hair is freezy and dull again, why did I spend a huge amount on their pathetic service. They promised me that it will last up to 2 months minimum, but it didn’t. Highly disappointed, my all friends and family are saying it doesn’t look like a keratin treatment. Not expected these kind of services from Softtouch Salon. Considering the cost and time, it definitely wasn’t worth it. I had high hopes, but I wouldn’t recommend this service based on my experience.
