I have only been seeing Sandra Harris for a short period of time and I already feel like I'm making more progress than my past therapists. She is passionate in what she does and it shows. Her ability to go above and beyond makes me feel seen and taken care of. I resonate with her approach to care which is tangible, example-driven, and rooted in her many areas of psychology and social work experience. I continuously look forward to our sessions and the progress we've made together. I highly recommend her!

The billing of this place is horrible. This place charged additional fee without notices. My account balance was already paid off a month ago. I tried to reach out several time about upcoming fee for further sessions. I followed up 4 times with direct emails and through my therapist and never got response. NO Response for a month and then they suddenly decided to charge me another $150 with no authorization. Now, they just charged my card without any notice. Be aware this place.

Update: I had two sessions with them by January 24th, 2021 and then my account was paid off on January 26th, 2021. I emailed them several times by January 28th, 2021 asking about fees for further sessions in 2021. No response after several attempts. Feb 26, 2021. They charged me additional $150 with no authorization. I finally got response from their office after several follow ups. In the email, an employee was accusing me for affordable price that gave me and insisting to charge me additional after my account was paid off a month ago. They said in the email that low price should have not been given and it's now not approved. I already have my mental health to concern about and now have to concern about finance issues which was due to lack of communication from their office. This place do not have sympathy and don't even understand the frustration people dealing with mental issues. Update 2: Their Employee Ron wrote in his email quote on quote: "Unfortunately we are able to change patients rates at will, with or without patient notification. Notification of a rate change is provided as a courtesy not a necessity. In the end of December and early January we send out mass emails to our clients that in 2021, their deductibles would most likely reset and that they would have to go back to paying the original minimum rate or above. How many clients acknowledged the emails or disregarded them is not our responsibility, that served as notice for a potential rate change. What you’re dealing with is a failure in communication from NYCC to the clinician, to you and that is unfortunate. " No such email was ever received. No communication for raise of fees. No response to customers email. No any reasonable course of their action. I am deeply frustrated and my condition worsen dealing with people claim to help others.
