I was called in for a tour/interview through this temp agency through email on December 21st. My interview was on January 5th. During the interview I was told I would be hired once my background check goes through. I went out the same day and bought steel toe boots because I was told they are mandatory for the job as one would as I was expecting to work there soon obviously. I was even given an employee handbook and safety booklet to take home. I waited through the weekend and come Monday, I gave them a call and also left a text message to the person that interviewed me. I was curious if my background check had cleared. I got a text back saying the 1st shift position was no longer available and got no other information back. I was very disappointed and feel extremely lied to and deceived by this. It almost feels inhumane if you ask me. Probably the worst experience I’ve had yet. Very unprofessional in every way shape and form. What an utter waste of time and money. I will never apply for any job that has this company name associated with it. Update: I was finally messaged back on why I wasn’t hired. Someone more qualified got the position over me. Here’s a tip, don’t tell a human being struggling for money that you will hire them multiple times in conversation and then turn around and not hire them. Horrible experience.

I absolutely loved where I was in the company where they assigned me I never thought that I would be terminated for missing days that had legit excuses (jury duty, weather related) I was lied to flat out lied to after a car accident I was expected to work the next day. I was told I was terminated because of days missed but they were unable to bring up my times and days missed horrible staffing company I was told I was the best temp but was not treated that way if I could give no stars at all I would too Eric was my rep and was no help he told me I was doing good to have notes for my days missed and I was still terminated. I would go back to the assignment in a heart beat because I loved what I did there.

If I could give no stars I definitely would. I recerntly worked at Mueller systems through solutions and it was the most horrid experience I’ve ever had with a temp service. Eric was my rep and he never knew anything. He never had any information about what was going on in the facility. Eric never had any answers to my questions. I got let go and when I asked Eric why he couldn’t give me a straight answer. He said it was because of attendance, but he couldn’t pull up my time card, nor did he know anyone who could. Eric was a horrible rep and I truly regret ever trusting anything he ever said to me. I would not recommend solucion llc to anyone in need of a job.
