Total scam—the math literally doesn't add up. I booked a "Full Service" through this site, but after checking my vehicle, I found that none of the filters were changed and no work was actually performed. The platform sets prices so low that it is impossible for a garage to do the job honestly. For a 2L vehicle, the parts alone cost £120. When you add the £24 commission that BookMyGarage takes, plus VAT and labor, a £170 quote is a total fantasy. After parts and fees, the garage is left with almost nothing for their time. This platform forces a "race to the bottom" where shops skip steps just to break even. I won't name and shame the specific garage because I blame the platform's pricing model for forcing them into this position. Furthermore, the "reviews" on this site are misleading and don't reflect the reality of the service provided. Do yourself a favor: avoid BookMyGarage and "WhoCanFixMyCar." Call a reputable garage directly, pay a fair price, and ensure the work actually gets done. Don't be fooled by cheap quotes—mark your filters and you'll see for yourself that you aren't getting what you paid for. By the way I’m Locked in contract with book my garage and I refuse to lower my labour because my quality work So now try to keep up with your word for bring volume in.

The experience was mind blowing,right from the start we book in and receive a warm welcome,service was admirable and stuff were really great,well spoken and keen in doing what they do best,I highly recommend book my garage to all my friends and family

Excellent service from Book My Garage, Beau let us know he was on his way to us, arrived on time (if not early..) collected the car and off he went and then returned it to us all serviced 6 hours later. Very personable and friendly and payment was easy via a card reader machine on the doorstep. A very slick time saving service, thank you! Ali Bond
