I rented an apartment from soul property i belive 3 years ago. I never had an issue with my apartment. And never needed any maintenance. When I moved out, I received my full deposit within 2 weeks of leaving. A little over a year ago, I had to move back to red deer and automatically called Marc. He had a 1 bedroom available at the time I needed one. Needless to say I rented it. I noticed a hole in my bathroom ceiling, above my bathtub. I also noticed when the upstairs tenant would shower, water leaked from that hole. I let Marc know right away. He sent over a person named Paulina. She came, she photographed the hole, and she left. I never heard a word about it. After being here a year, something let lose when the upstairs tenant would shower. There was a river of water coming through that hole. After repeated emails to Paulina and nothing being done. I copied Marc in on my emails with attached videos. Suddenly things were happening and repairs were attempted. I found out Angela had taken Paulinas position. And let me tell you this woman worked miracles!! She answered every email I sent with questions about repairs. When repairmen were coming. The works!!! Within a week, of Angela the angel taking over, all the repairs were done. Marc checked in with me several times to make sure the repairs were being done too. I have had a couple other minor repairs that have come up since Angela started. And she makes sure someone is here within 2 to 3 days of my original email. I also want to say that the repairman who have come to fix minor things, have been fantastic. So polite and very knowledgeable. I have no plans of moving. And I am a very grateful tenant now that Angela has taken over making sure things are getting done.

This has, without a doubt, been the worst experience I’ve ever had with a property management company. They sent a representative to conduct a walk-out inspection, and throughout the entire process, all she did was praise how well-maintained the property was—even though I had lived there for over five years. She even showed my unit to several potential tenants. When I inquired about the return of my security deposit, the representative assured me it would take a maximum of 8 to 10 days. However, after eight days had passed, I reached out to them and was told they were “still working on it.” By the 26th of the month, I discovered they had deducted $500 from my deposit. To make matters worse, they falsely claimed that I had left child locks, despite the fact that I don’t even have a child. In conclusion, I would strongly advise against doing business with this company. Please do yourself a favor and avoid renting from them. This is my response to your lies again I have pictures before I left, I had neither kids nor stickers, I lived in that place over 5 years, not a single thing changed. either you are mixing up tenants or you are being dishonest. Anyway, The small courts will look at these inconsistent lies and deal with it.

Rented with them for a few years lived in a few of there properties and they were very easy to deal with would rent from them again 100%
