We hired Jose and his team for a commercial roofing project involving two buildings at Calypso Cay Resort, and they were outstanding from start to finish. Not only did they complete the job two weeks ahead of schedule, but the entire process was smooth with zero issues. Communication was excellent — Jose was always responsive and on top of everything. His crew was professional, efficient, and clearly knew what they were doing. These guys are the real deal, and we’ll definitely be using them again for future roofing projects.

Outstanding company, through and through. Patrick came to our house and gave us the rundown of what the job would entail, cost, time, materials, procedure, permits required, everything. He was very thorough and made sure the job was done on time and in the way we agreed upon. No surprises, no hidden costs, or other issues outside the agreed plan. The job was completed in one day, and the finished product was above and beyond our expectations. His crew was very respectful of property and helpful with questions. Once finished, they performed a total cleanup of the area and removal of their equipment. As I mentioned before, I'm a very satisfied customer and will definitely recommend Southeast Roofing to family and friends.
