The doctors are great and some of the CNA’s are great. Whoever mans the receptionist phone at the front desk is wildly unprofessional, rude & mumbles when speaking then gets snappy when asked to repeat themselves. One of the CNAs that took my mom’s vital signs was playing call of duty on their phone the entire time resulting in loss of some of the information that they had to write down. The same CNA mis recorded the room that they had put another patient in which could put that patient’s treatment at risk as they superimposed their room number with a patient suffering from a different ailment.

This place is really nice. Dr Robert is amazing! the medical assistance are also really nice. I know people complain about the wait a lot but there is so many other people that got there before them like what do they expect. This place takes care of the people that do not have insurance

i give it a 0 the lady’s working in the front are lazy and rude . do not come here . they need to hire new employees fire them lazy workers why work if you have an attitude this is not the first time they speak to me rude . drs are lazy as well don’t waste your time and money u can be dying and they don’t care . they guess what u have and send u home

They do not do blood tests to find out what’s wrong! They just guess what diagnosis you have and prescribe useless medications that don’t resolve what you actually have!! I HIGHLY do not recommend this place!!
