I recently purchased a car and had a wonderful experience. Shaquan was amazing he answered all of my questions and, as a first-time car owner, he made me feel comfortable and never judged. Brady went over the warranty details with me; while it was a lot of information at once, he explained everything clearly and thoroughly. Britney, the service manager, is my favorite, she has always been incredibly helpful with my previous Mazda and is truly on top of her game. Overall, a great experience with an awesome team.
My husband and I had a great experience working with Southwest Mazda in Lawton. Everyone there treated us with friendliness and respect. Our salesman, William Blanco, could not have been more helpful! He showed us some options that we hadn’t considered and never put the “hard sell” on us.
