The front displays tend to be a bit more crowded and repetitive than the back displays, which are beautifully styled. Still, this is a huge building, and the overall variety of items, cleanliness, and convenient hours are wonderful. I've visited several times during different seasons to see the different front window displays, and the staff have all been very welcoming. You do need to store large bags in lockers up front, but this is pretty standard practice for a store of this size and nature.
On September 16 went to market. Was interested in 2 planet of apes figures. Also in glass lion. I asked if price of lion is firm or could I offer $220. Older lady at desk was nasty. No problem I passed on figures they can keep the lion. I am pretty sure the dealer would have loved the $220. The figures were about $150 together. Won't be back. Their loss of $370 plus tax.
They offer a variety of antique and vintage items. It's a very clean and organized business. Staff are very pleasant. You're always bound to find treasure if you look hard enough.
