Our 80 minute couples massage was a great treat during our vacation at the Hotel Hartness. Hannah and Denise made us feel so comfortable and relaxed. The facilities were clean and well cared for. Anything you could need after a spa treatment was provided. Highly recommend!

Throughout the treatment, she explained each step and offered helpful skincare tips and product recommendations tailored to my needs. The entire experience was relaxing and enjoyable!

There is a magical unicorn that can be found at Spa H and his name is Wade. I cannot rave about my massage enough. Really the best experience at a spa I’ve ever had. The staff was incredibly friendly from start to finish. The facility was so clean, relaxing and aesthetically pleasing. I can’t wait to visit again!

I was incredibly disappointed with over $500 in treatments and it was the worst experience I’ve ever had in a spa. The room was bright the entire time. The bed heater was never on until I asked and the room was cold. They didn’t offer the inhalation of aromatherapy. I just had to put it in my hands and rub together rather than them asking for me to inhale it while laying on the bed. It’s all the small things that make a big difference and it was so many, even more than listed here. I was early, but yet the masseuse seemed to roughly massage me with almost slapping and rushing movements which is far from a Swedish massage or deep tissue. I feel like he still needs training and proper massage technique. I asked for light pressure on my legs in which I did not get either. The entire spa is very bright, but where you use the restroom was darker than the relaxation area and the treatment room. The wrap that I had did not use foil and towels to wrap me in after it was applied like others I’ve had. The music that was playing was not relaxation spa music and the speakers were crackly in the treatment rooms so you can imagine how that made for a massage and wrap…in separate rooms at that. I visited Poseidon spa a month ago and they also don’t have amenities like this spa, but the service was so much better as well as the atmosphere. When I wanted to provide some feedback to the manager just to help their business grow as any business would want, she did not offer any discount and was actually quite rude about the feedback which is not what you expect. It seems she would appreciate the feedback to improve. She knew I drove 3 1/2 hours to come to the spa and just invited me to come back another time which is insulting in itself when you drive 3.5 hours to get to a solo spa weekend for it to be so disappointing. I’ve been to 50 or more spas, and I have never had to complain, but the combination of everything from the beginning made this experience, awful. If this place is going to grow and be profitable, they have a lot of improvements to make to reach the high end clientele.
