This was my first time at Spa One and it exceeded my expectations for our little hometown!!!! From the venue to the massage therapist (Julie Johnson), everything was so spectacular and relaxing!! The venue was a lot bigger inside than I expected from the photos I’d seen. The massage was very personalized too. I got the 120min massage and it was so worth it! I was debating between the 90 or 120min, and so glad I did the longer one. Time goes by so fast in there! Great job Julie and great job Spa One! They had hair ties, mouthwash, body spray, etc in the restroom in case you need. What a welcoming & relaxing environment! I will definitely be coming back! Excited to try their other services in the future too!

The service is beyond amazing here! I have been going to spa one for a little over a year now and I would never think of going to any other spa! Riley is a Master esthetician at spa one and by far is my the best one in Utah! No matter what you need she is well versed in every subject of beauty. She is always able to give me a description of every product she uses and why she hand picked the selection for me. If you are lucky enough to get an appointment with Riley you will have the best experience you will ever have at a spa.

Josh is seriously the best! He really cares about the health and well being of his patients and knows what he’s doing when it comes to pain relief and muscles. Communicates well about pressure and preferences. And great conversation if you are one who hates silence and likes to talk during your massage!I would recommend him to anyone!

I moved here from Vegas where I had a massage therapist for years then he retired and coming to Utah it was hard to find a good massage therapist who did not cheat the time, who listened,and gave just that 1% that is unexpected. Josh is all that! Then I got in a car accident.. guess that is expected in Utah or so I have heard and here is where the extra 1% comes in, the whole team at Spa One has helped me from the amazingly talented, and trained therapist to their med spa with the extras to help em recover better. I found a place I love!
