Megan Moss is the most amazing NP EVER to work with. She always consults with me first, before starting a procedure, and her expertise with using various products is so professional, and spot-on. Megan uses her knowledge, from the medical field, to explain why, and how certain products affect a person's skin type, and one's overall health. I've been seeing Megan for over 4 years now, and I highly recommend her services. She is also so personable to each of her clients, and she shows love and much grace to those whom she treats.❤️💯

TLDR: Very pushy, made me uncomfortable, not great results. Went in to Spa Truvé to get a lip flip before my wedding, which I had done multiple times before. My injector told me that the only way to get the results I was looking for was to get filler. I told her that I had done a lip flip before and was happy with the results and that since I was in graduate school, I really couldn’t afford filler at the time. This injector became SO pushy and told me she wouldn’t give me the lip flip because it wouldn’t do anything and would only give me filler. I told her no multiple times because I couldn’t afford it and eventually caved saying I’d get just half a syringe. She then tells me that she wouldn’t even do that because it wouldn’t do anything and that I needed to do a full syringe. We went back and forth and eventually, after saying no at least 5 times, I caved (which is my fault, I know) and got the full syringe. Honestly, the results weren’t even that amazing and I was $700 in debt because of it. SUCH a stressful and disappointing experience. If someone comes into your spa for their appointment and communicates what they want done, it is not okay to bully them into spending $650 more than they wanted after they said no MULTIPLE TIMES.

Was able to get a chemical peel that was beneficial as well as, surprisingly, relaxing! I appreciate the time, explanations and coordination going into my appointments - from calling first thing in the morning with questions (thanks, Gracie!) to consulting between rooms (thanks, Alex!) I was also fortunate for my injectors, Megan and Brittney, who coordinated on behalf of helping me feel the best I could. The Orem location makes you feel like friends and family!
