Here's what I appreciate about them the most: - Receptive to feedback and implementing it - Intently try to understand your business requirements and work accordingly - Very accommodating of your needs - Easy to collaborate with The only downside I see is that sometimes the writer's thoughts/ideas may not always align with what you envisioned. But it is also important to understand that writing is subjective. It is a two-way street to see the outcome you want. I've observed that giving them a solid brief, timely inputs and feedback reflects in their delivery performance. Hope to continue working with them. :)

Spacebar is a rare gem. Not only is the quality of their work really good but also their work ethic is admirable. Something that is difficult to find these days. They are quite talented and a nice bunch to work with. They understood our needs and researched and delivered in the tone and style that we wanted for the project. I definitely recommend them.
