I debated on whether I was going to leave a review, but decided that it needed to be done. I was a Premier Level member of this establishment for about 3 years. Over the years, the service received was top-tier until recently. The ambiance, availability of services, friendly employees, and great owners were what made the membership worthwhile. In the last year, it appears that the services are no longer top-tier as they were in previous years. The availability of service appointments (i.e., massages) has a lengthy waitlist. I had to wait 3 months just to get an appointment, which caused an accumulation of credits. My last massage appointment resulted in not being able to utilize the changing room and various other issues, which I addressed with the manager. Then being overcharged for my last appointment prompted this review. This isn’t the first time that this has happened, which is concerning. The issue was rectified after I noticed it on the receipt and alerted the establishment of the issue. I really was on the fence about canceling my membership because the pros outweighed the cons. But based on the treatment and response from management, I made the correct decision to cancel the membership.

I hesitate leaving this good of a review because I already have a hard enough time getting in to see her but seriously you will not find a better experience anywhere! She is multi talented and knows her stuff. You will not be disappointed. Whether you want deep, or just relaxing, stretching, yoga like - she walks you thru your pain points and is a master with her hands. I’ve never had an experience like it before. She’s worth every penny!

It was such a relaxing experience from beginning to end. I felt welcome and appreciated. Samantha did a great job with such a gentle touch. Sadly, I did not catch the name of the girl who checked me in but she was sweet and very helpful!

I received the best facial I’ve ever gotten by Eyerusalem. Her massage technique is amazing. I would highly recommend her and the Ice & Glow treatment! You will definitely leave glowing. ☺️
